Haha, I just had a funny thought. Imagine Tisei pulls an upset here. Then, two years from now, across the nation, you have jungle noises competing against beach noises competing against classical music. Which will prevail???

Tisei's quite favored to win, so much that Tierney has pulled some of his ads in the final weeks. He'll likely win 54-46 or something like that.

Honestly, this ad kinda worked.  I almost want Tisei to win now (not quite...but almost).

Not to "me too" this, but ... yeah, this is a really good ad from someone who's going to make a really good one-term congressman.

I am extremely envious of whoever lives in that house.

It's difficult for us to understand, but they have these unusual things in certain states called 'coastlines', where you can see seas and oceans and other mysterious things like those.

I think the real message is - 'wow, look at me!  I'm not torturing you with a political ad! Instead I'm playing you ambient soothing stuff!  In thanks you should vote for me!'

Which is precisely what makes it an effective political ad.

Even tho we haven't had nearly the political ad saturation some places have had, there's one local Christian radio station that has billboards touting that it has no political ads.  At the very least, an ad like this stands out from the clutter and gets its candidate noticed, so it's a good ad.

New Englanders can really relax by the coast knowing that they once again are free of Republican representatives.
