Mason-Dixon polls where its clients want it to poll.  If they are no longer polling Florida, it's because their Florida clients - the Miami Herald, Tampa Bay Times and TV sponsors - don't want to pay for another poll from them.  Mason-Dixon is not a pollster that polls places on its own like PPP or Rasmussen.
