wow this is pretty brutal. Kerrey has been battering Fischer on this for the past month and this is what has created the political shift in the race. Seems Kerrey has made a legitimate attack.

Here is Alan Simpsons endorsement for Kerrey. http://www.politico.com/blogs/on-congress/2012/10/republican-simpson-backs-democrat-kerrey-in-neb-senate-147634.html

This is the ad run by kerrey in nebraska now.

I have an incredibly hard time believing a scandal like this could completely change the dynamics of the race. Would love to get a Nebraskans input on what's going on.

It would be, but Kerrey is still an awful person that should be nowhere near the Senate.

Although watching Republicans lose yet another one would indeed by fun to watch.

Yeah, I'm just happy he'll end his career with a respectable performance in this election. He'll definitely lose in the single digits, which would have been unthinkable just a week ago.

If Obama was spending money and had GOTV effort for NE-2 like he did last time, then I think Kerrey would have a chance.

There are plenty of races where I would have preferred to see the Democrat gaining ground than in Nebraska.
