The first round will be conducted as follows. Each person may vote in either the Democratic or Republican primary. The first round is "fundraising". Each voter has 10 moneys, that they can spread however they like among any candidates they like. The top 10 candidates from each side move on. Closes on Tuesday morning.

An example, my vote, for the Democratic side.

I give 3 moneys to Al Gore
I give 3 moneys to Evan Bayh
I give 2 moneys to Phil Bredesen
I give 2 moneys to Bill Richardson

Jeb gets 5 monies, Newt gets 3 monies and Rick Santorum gets 2 monies.

Put your money on a guy who goes by just one name, or nickname.  It's worked in the past ---Teddy, Cal, F.D.R., Ike, JFK, Dick (Nixon), Jimmy, Ronnie or Gipper if you prefer, Bubba, and now Dubya.

So I'm guessing it is gonna be Jeb or Newt, but more probably Jeb.

Who are some of the one monnikered  Dems in the potential filed.

Akno,

So I guess if the Dems want a chance at winning, they had better nominate Hillary, or "Shrillary" as we on the right like to call her.

Jake, why are you so obsessed with Georgia?  And there's only one D-GA here.  Why the red avatar?

2 monies to Bill Richardson
1 money to Al Sharpton
1 money to Dennis Kucinich

Any edited votes will not count, because you may want to change it later to make sure your guy gets in.

We could attempt to divine voter intent by dividing by 1.8 and rounding.
That's 6 to Giuliani, 3 to Rice, 2 to McCain.
Darn it. Still 11. Giuliani was rounded up by most, thence I'd say Giuliani gets 5.
