I would suicide.

I like Bill Clinton, but Hillary is way too authoritarian for my tastes.

Horrible (R)

Would pray to the lawd Jesus that there was a decent third party candidate. If not, I'd stay home.

I don't really like the idea of that matchup at all. I'd probably vote third party.

It would be a plausible match-up. I wouldn't care for it, since much of the focus would be on the past rather than on the future.

Plausible but IMO really awful, like both parties were just phoning it in.
Could force a real 3rd party challenger, as the illusion that the USA is anything other than an oligarchy would evaporate. Hyperbole perhaps, but still, a potentially weak matchup for both R and D, they almost cancel one another out, as both would grab from the others base.

Did Hillary ever legally change her name to Clinton?  I think she should go back to Rodham, less baggage.

But Jeb beats Hillary because Jeb wins Hispanics by a wide margin.  That makes me think Hillary won't run.

I'm starting to believe Hillary when she says that she'll retire from politics next year.

Also, Bush seems like yesterday's news. There are many younger and "sexier" senators and governors for the GOP base to choose. Not to mention that the exit polls showed one more time that his name remains toxic.

I would be very enthusiastic about the future if either of these politicians became president.

The GOP loves established candidates.  Even mediocre establishment candidates like McCain and Romney win because they were familiar names who lost in the previous primaries.  GOP is Old because it recycles its candidates.  A lot of this is due to fundraising ability and newcomers have difficulty raising money.  So candidates run for a few months and drop out before Iowa because they run out of money.  They earn the trust by coming back and showing up again and solidifying their issues.

With the Democrats, they always want new people and new ideas.  They get bored with the recycled failures.  There would have been no way a 2 year senator like Obama would have won the GOP primary.  No one would have given Obama money, and people disliked Hillary specifically because of her voting record for the Iraq war; and instead chose again who had a blank state as a record.

That is why the GOP candidate will be a familiar name like Jeb or even Perry.

I don't see who the next guy in line is.

I really think the Bush brand is ruined and Jeb won't run because he knows it.  Perry ran the worst campaign in recent memory, given his financial resources and status.  Plus, the debate clip is just so brutal.  That would come back along with his drunk speech.  I would put Huckabee and Romney ahead of both of those buys.

Jeb is the Great Mexican Hope.  His wife and children are Hispanic.  The Media will take it easier on him because of the Hispanic angle.

Bottom Line, the person who wins the most Latino voters, wins the presidency.

I don't see any other GOP candidates that can appeal to the establishment but also appeal to Latino moderates.  Rubio is running for re-election in 2016, and Martinez is too new to the national stage.
