That's true. The poll says what it says. The actual counts of voters say something different.

At this point in 2004 Bush was averaging 47% in OH and 47.5% in FL, his two 'firewall' states. He won them both.  Obama is averaging 48-49%  in his three firewalls (OH, NV, WI).
