Time after time, polls have consistently shown Obama and Romney tied to a narrow Romney lead among Likely Voters. But, among a wider pool of Registered Voters, Obama has a significant lead of 5-7 points. So if all registered voters voted, Obama would see a landslide win reminiscent of 2008. But Obama supporters, young people, Latinos and more, are not motivated. So what does Obama have to do to get these voters motivated? What will it take?
