Considering Lambert-Edwards' stellar record, Obama might want to start packing his bags.

It's way too late to have so many undecided voters in a poll.

I suppose that its one way to help unemployment. Apparently, everyone in the damned state has a job running their own polling company.

But as for the poll itself... It's junk.

No one said it was a Republican poll, it's a "horrible no-name polling firm".

Of course.  There seems to be something wrong with every poll showing the race closer than most here would like it to be.

Well, it's been acknowledged over at 538 and on here that local polling firms in Michigan are more R-Leaning than national and established polling firms.

The local Michigan pollsters, especially EPIC/MRA, which has consistently polled for the state's largest newspaper, are less well known than the national polling firms but pretty prolific in polling Michigan.  What they don't have in national name recognition they make up with their knowledge of polling the state.  EPIC/MRA iin particular is pretty well-known in Michigan.  And I've heard of Denno Research before today.

I have no reason to think Obama isn't only leading by 2-8 points in Michigan.  Michigan is a D+4. state.  If the national race is tied or better for Romney, a 3.7 point Obama lead isn't unexpected.  It's almost exactly where you'd expect it to be.

Conducted not only before the second presidential debate but also before the VP debate? Clearly this is a relevant poll...
