I expect that Republican will now put Washington on Romney's path to 270.

This does not fit with other recent polls at all, so it's reasonable to say that this is an outlier.

No, if he wins WA, well be talking   370.  I tend to think this is is an outlier.

Why did I click on "show post"?

Anyway, great analysis. But don't forget. It could be a realignment!!!!

I don't believe the poll, but if the GOP takes WA, then they can wipe their hands clean and kick back.

Even on the realignment map, I have WA as basically a well, maybe.  I think this is an outlier.

WA +5 for Obama and another PPP poll with CO +3 Obama without 3rd party candidates factored in, makes me not believe PPP is a credible poll.

You don't understand how polling works (although, to be fair, you don't seem to understand how a lot of things work)

Wow. White flight has reached the pacific northwest!

This racist loser is further proof that the DOJ would be 100% justified in imposing Reconstruction, Part 2.

How would that affect KKKrazen? he's from Pennsylvania.

I know how things work, you're just unable to see through the clouds.

I find it interesting that PPP has this at 5 points. If it's true - which it probably isn't - Obama's in serious trouble.

What does that even mean?  You can't possible use statistical analysis to conclude that PPP isn't credible with any certainty based on two cherry-picked polls.  That's not how statistics work.

This is one of the oddest outliers I've seen this cycle. It, you know, this happens sometimes. I don't think it's something to get hugely worked up over.

The tragic thing is that J.J. will claim a realignment happened no matter what, much like the supposed Bradley Effect in 2008.

There's something mildly tragic about your consistent failure to spot what other people are laughing at. Just so you know Smiley

Actually, no.

When I began to write about it, there was a discussion of the possibility of a Democratic realignment.  There is still is.  The premise was that, by 2016, we will be in one of the elections of a realignment period.

There was even discussion that 2008 was a realignment.

2008, of course, was more brillig or slithy than any other presidential election since 1860.
