I suspect 2 points, which will definitely be enough.

Maybe 1-2 if any at all. There isn't that much evidence showing a clear Obama win. The media is saying he looked much better and seem to be minimizing the Libya debacle.

I'm afraid it can't be much, maybe 1/3 of Romney's bounce, because after all there's 'nothing behind it'.  it will arrest the decline at bring things back to maybe +1 or +2 Obama nationally.. holding OH/WS/NV.

I'll guess +2.  Hopefully, it will be more.  We'll know for certain in a few days.

+2-3. Romney's not going back to Dole territory I don't think.

The sad thing is that there'll be a bounce.  If someone hasn't decided who they're voting for by now, they really shouldn't be voting.  Or have any say in the process of policy making.  SNL got it right:

President Obama will have undone the damage that the first debate did.  That is about all that he could do.

I can't say who had the better night -- Justin Verlander or Barack Obama.

Based on what people are saying and their partisanship, I would say that the race goes back to where we started in August, where Obama has a +2 advantage in polls and we are looking at 2004 margins coming into this thing.

This.

Obama will not get his 4% lead back. But 2% must be possible.

Back to the summer.  Not quite back to September.   All he needed to do was look competent and hit Romney, and he accomplished that.  The Romney jobs argument is persuasive enough to keep this quite close.  We'll see how he handles foreign policy.
