Pulse Opinion Research VA Poll for Let Freedom Ring
Obama 48% (+1 from October 1 poll)
Romney 48% (+3)
Some Other Candidate 2%
Not Sure 2%

October 8; 1000 LV; MoE +/-3%.

Let Freedom Ring is a conservative non-profit.  Pulse Opinion Research is a subsidiary of Rasmussen.  It seems like these polls of four states (OH/PA/WI/VA) will be taken weekly from now on.

Sort of think its good news for Obama that a "Let Freedom Ring" poll only finds a tie in Virginia.

Would you guys stop and consider, for a moment, that perhaps despite the corny name, "Let Freedom Ring" might not be such a bad pollster? After all,  PPP is openly a Democratic outfit yet seems to hold a good deal of repute, particularly on this forum?

The pollster is Pulse Opinion Research, which is basically Rasmussen.

And that too! I'm pretty sure you all think they're a junk outfit too, but they should be counted all the same... let's at least wait to see if LFR/POR's results are corroborated with other polls, or if they really are off. But in no way are these polls good for Obama. Thinking such requires a level of hackery higher than that of Mondale or Winfield.
