Hardly finished. Kerry won the first debate over Bush in 2004. He took the lead briefly but Bush recovered in the next two. Although Obama isn't as "likable" in a debate style format like Bush could be when he went off with his texas slang and using "the internets" and the like.

Obama will come back in the next two debates, but I think tonight changed the race, in favor of Romney.
