Enter the Promised Land Act

1. The Northeast Department of Urban Development shall designate Opportunity Zones within socially and economically distressed municipalities in the Northeast.

2. College graduates who buy or rent a home within an Opportunity Zone shall receive up to $10,000 over a period of two years to be used toward repaying student loans

5. Individuals who receive this benefit shall maintain a residence within the Opportunity Zone and work full-time for a period of at least five years.

6. This program shall take effect on January 1, 2013.
