The Northeast Gambling Tax Reform Act

1. The gambling tax is hereby reduced by 5%.

2. Anybody who wins 100$ or more through gambling is required to donate at least 5% of his winning to any charity of his choice.

Goldy, you have 24 hours to advocate for this bill or I'll be forced to enter a legal gray area. Debate time will last 24 hours total.

What is the current gambling tax benefit? We set it with Winfield's things, but I've forgotten by now.

This was originally an amendment to a bill that Jerseyrules made, but unfortunately he failed to declare it friendly or unfriendly before debate ended, so I decided to propose it as a separate bill. The goal of this bill is to give people more say in where their tax dollars go in the most efficient way possible.

I feel as if enforcement would be impossible, and for that reason I am opposed. Voluntarism only works on a large scale.
