I've seen a good number of people with Democratic avatars despite, well, not being Democrats.

I don't really have a problem with this sort of thing, but was just wondering why. The one person I asked claimed to be a "blue dog Democrat" although their politics don't really fit any Democrats, no matter what color their canines.

EDIT: I may not be one to talk...but you've got to admit that the R-SD avatar looks pretty cool. For like two days.

Why would anyone want to be in the minority party when it doesn't fit their politics?

Red looks better;)

Actually, I was wondering about the red avatars also. I shouldn't talk, I have one and I'm an independent, but several people who are Republicans have recently changed to red. It is kind of strange.

There's more registered Democrats then Republicans...but the Democrats are the minority party in government.

That's right, it's not your place.  Now get back in the kitchen. Smiley

Who has changed?  I know Bono has changed to Red and King changed to Green, but who else?

It would be interesting to see how many of the changers are running for office in February and don't want the voters to see the Blue avatars.  Hmmm.  There is a school of thought that says real life partisanship is infiltrating the Fantasy Boards, perhaps this is a countermeasure.

I never thought of that. Interesting.
