Pennsylvania's is incorrect. It's now up to 3.2% I believe. It is a flat tax, which I strongly disagree with. They should start taxing upper incomes around 6%, and use that money towards education to reduce property taxes.

Do you know the states with the mist reduced tax burden are Alaska and New Hampshire.

I would support a lower sales tax, but I support having one. I prefer that the government do only a few things, but do those things well.
