Can't recall last weeks numbers, but this is a bounce for Obama, as Romney was leading in their last poll.

Brown: 47%
Mandel: 42%

Edited to add last weeks results. Romney led 47-44%, so that is a net 7 point change.

Plus, the release is full of decimal points.

That said, the topline seems decent.
