Yeah, not sure I buy that it'll end up in Romney's corner, but if the GOP can spend some of that massive cash haul into making Obama fight for Penn, it's a big help in the other swing states. Same for Michigan.

After an additional look, this also looks like a crap poll. They have Smith at 47% in the Senate race.

Smith has been on the air in PA.  It's probably tightening, but I'd be surprised if it is that close.
