It's actually not this "flawed Zogby" anymore that had those infamous interactive polls in 2006 and 2008, showing Mike Beebe and Bill Ritter losing (they won by about 20 btw).

It's actually a new company called "JZ Analytics", which was created after John Zogby Sr. sold "Zogby" to the Brazilians ("IBOPE") about 2 years ago.

It is headed by John Zogby's son Jonathan Zogby and a few other people from the "old" Zogby company. John Zogby is only a "senior political anylist" at the new company anymore.

So, maybe they are doing better this time ...

It is still an online poll right?  I'll wait until after election to see if it is worth paying attention to Zogby.  At least with some pollsters you can look a house effect. With Zogby it is more like a dart board.

On line -- I am not using it. If I reject a poll by Rasmussen in Indiana because it is an on-line poll, then I can't use this one.

I find it hard to believe that President Obama could be up by 6 in Florida unless Paul Ryan is a complete and severe bomb. If he is.... then other polls will corroborate this result. But I will use those polls, and this one.

Guess what?

He is.

Zogby was a bit better in 2008, but not stellar.  I'm still skeptical of the company.

As much as I want to believe these numbers any poll conducted by Zogby is disregarded by me.

Those numbers are believable, but it's Zogby. I'll wait for some sane confirmation.
