Specter: a couple in/near Philly
Crist: Pinellas, perhaps another in the Tampa/St. Pete area

Toomey would have won every county outside of the SE and probably Berks, Chester and maybe Bucks as well.

Before everyone says "Specter would obviously win Philly," no, he would not. He'd win the more moderate to liberal Republicans in a few pockets of the city but those economically right wing/socially moderate to left wing pockets for the GOP have plenty of Republicans that would have liked Toomey (as they do now).

Specter could have still won Montco, Delaware, Bucks and Erie. I say could because even those aren't slam dunks. He would not have won Chester or Berks.
