Eh, I was close:

'Ten bucks they'll have a poll out tomorrow with Berkley trailing by more than 10 points.

I know Rasmussen's polls are poor-quality, but I now think Heller's a clear favorite to hold on, when before I believed Berkley was slightly favored to oust him.

Actually, up by four by the "Rasmussen is usually 5 points off" metric used by poll expert Nate Silver, but nice try.

Anyway, Rasmussen might actually be closer than usual on this one; Berkley's scandal seems to be more devastating than most political scandals, as opposed to Heller's relatively clean image.

Most polls don't show this sort of margin and I don't think when election day rolls around, this so-called scandal won't even be a factor, Heller sent out a memo scolding the media for not talking more about the scandal, so not it's getting that much attention.

I agree. A few months ago, I thought this was a 50/50 race, but things seem to be coalescing in Heller's favor.
