Because the child can purchase them. Taxpayer money shouldn't be wasted on buying condoms for kids.

If the child has enough balls to ask a school nurse for rubbers, then he shouldn't have to pay.

No, getting children to kill each other is a good idea, in general. This should especially be promoted in heavily Democratic states.

ARE YOU DISSING NUNAVUT.

I would want neither. However, condoms would probably be preferrable. They might use them as balloons or something. Really, really bad balloons.

I don't believe HS students should get condoms through the school, but then again, I have never had use for a condom. So, maybe I'm bitter with most of my friends?
