In North Korea, I WOULD be killed; in Somalia i'd PROBABLY be killed.

In North Korea I woudl have to form an underground resistance movement from a starving populace with no military resources whatsoever.

In Somalia I can set my self up as a warlord with a large amount of military hardware available.  Then I can begin my attempt to unite Africa under my glorious reign.

Guess which one I take?
