Rules: You may pick one agency a turn, and fill it. It does not have to be in any order. Note, some potential Presidents may want to abolish/create Departments. Thats alright, but if a new Department is created, add it to the bottom of the list under Homeland Security since it would be the newest agency, and if you want to abolish one, place a interim office holder until the agency is abolished.
