Let's say despite all the polls and ads and whatever is going on, lets say tomorrow was suddenly the day we voted for President.

What would the results be?

Romney: 278
Obama: 260

Tomorrow is a Thursday and people do not usually vote on Thursday. One time for a prank I wore an "I Voted" sticker on a Thursday to confuse people, however it did not work. No one noticed because elections are not held on Thursday.

My guess is that about 3% of the population would vote and the other 97% would catch the Thursday Night Line-Up on television. If just 3% of the people voted I guess Romney would win because Republicans usually can only win elections in which no one votes.

Best case scenario for Obama:

Well, I can't get the map to post here, but the result would be:

Romney 285
Obama 253

I have a gut feeling that New Hampshire will go for Mitt. Ohio, Virginia, Colorado, and Iowa are pure tossups.

They probably just thought you were a slob who hadn't changed shirts in several days.

Obama: 294
Romney: 244

I don't know why everyone has suddenly come under the delusion that Wisconsin is a state that Romney would win in a close election. Maybe if Romney was going to win with a decent majority, but I doubt it'd go for Romney in a 50/50. It'd be close, sure, but I don't know if it'd actually go for Romney.

O 279
R 259

Mix of polls/gut feeling. Romney would probably overperform due to enthusiasm gap, but I'm not ready to pull the trigger on CO, VA, WI or NH.
