This, I'm a bit more willing to believe. I imagine the final result will be a fair bit closer than that, certainly, but at this point I see Kerrey's ceiling hanging around a 10% trail.

Reminds me of the poll from Rassy that had Angle 20 points ahead of Reid just after the primary. What matters now is whether or not Deb turns out to be Sharon 2.0. Wink

Should have gone with Bruning. Tongue

The difference: that was Nevada and this is Nebraska.

The mentality in NV after Angle won was anybody but Reid until she started opening her mouth.

Fischer has a chance at being a bad candidate but from what I hear she is more disciplined, calculating, better spoken, and nowhere near as bat sh**t crazy as Angle was.

Does Kerrey(D) have reverse coattails in NE-2?
While Kerrey(D) is going to lose the statewide popular vote- he is going to win the popular vote in NE-2 by a high single digit/low double digit margin. This could help Obama-D win NE-2 CD suppose there is a 268-270 favoring Romney-R or 269-269.
Obama-D 269ev plus NE-2CD strategy is Kerry States minus NH-4/plus NM-5,CO-9,VA-13 and NE-2.
