Note: I left after Phillygate (which I had no knowledge of) came to light.
I want to make it VERY CLEAR that if anyone wants to make a deal with the Farmer Labor Party they have to approach us OPENLY and the Party will then vote on a deal.

tell me about it. The AFIP was too good to last...

The problem with minor parties (yours included) is that they are often too specific (which is why I won't be joining the FLP anytime soon). The future for people disenchanted with the afdnc and afrnc lies in independence or coalitions/caucuses, I feel.

Al,

While I appreciate your principled stand for openness, I fail to see how a meeting of diverse party leaders represents a secret cabal.  No centrist or conservative who IM'ed me was denied entrance.  It was important that our meeting not be interrupted by those who wish us harm.

Hugh,

I am sure that you realize that how you as an individual vote will not nullify our freedom of association.  There are many right-wingers who have greater differences with KEmperor than you do who have joined our effort without asking for anything in return.  There are members to the left of you who have joined our effort without asking for anything in return.  Our goals are not about this mere Presidential election, but they are about the ideological and partisan health of this forum for months to come.

Best secret meeting ever.  It was amazing how we were able to get everyone there without the Left or the press figuring out where we were.

Oh, it was the Jefferson room Crystal City/Arlington Double Tree.  You can go there now, we left no evidence of our ever being there.

If any Centrist or Conservative wants a transcript, I'd be happy to e-mail them one as I have done for several other people.

I'd like one.  I had a night class (and no AIM on my computer).

I am socially centrist (leaning slightly to the socially conservative side). Please send me a transcript.

I was a member of the UAC...

And at one time my economic score was 1 point less than your current social score...

Tammany Hall doesn't seem to be a left wing thing at all.

Considering the amount of hatred for the afdnc in the center, and trust me, there is a lot, I am shocked and appalled that the center is working with the afrnc. They're no better, guys! Sometimes principles are more important then votes!

Considering that the AFRNC is in complete disarray and can't do much of anything at this point, I am less threatened by them.

I can personally vouch that the AFRNC is not full of corruption and cronyism like the AFDNC has become. We have no formal party structure, or Chairman really do nothing, I can see in no way how we are like the AFDNC.

the membershipm of the afrnc is basically the most extreme party hacks and conservatives (no offense). I would struggle to vote for a candidate with support from this wing of Atlasian politics.
