now that he is presuming to be our presumption of the presumptive, we must begin drafting what is Romneyism, and what future it shall hold in shaping the future.  I have previously described Romney as a 'non-ideological' candidate; he is, first and foremost, himself.  however we had Stalin fit such criteria quite nicely and we were left with a cogent Stalinism.  so, what is Romneyism?

I don't know, but I feel as though "Romneyism" will become the word we use for his many, many gaffes.

An awkwardly said robotic/wooden phrase that doesn't follow normal speech patterns and is said in order to please a crowd.

just to reiterate, I did not say 'what is a Romneyism', but 'what is Romneyism'.  please continue the discussion along these lines.

adopting whatever position is most politically expedient at the moment, and then ignoring it or disavowing it once the winds change.

A really boring religion that adopts different dogma every four years.

Romneyism is the living embodiment of the Schrödinger's Cat experiment.  It is everything at the same time until Romney has had a chance to open the box by looking at what polls well.

Romneyism? It's a euphemism for whoremunism.

Far-right, entirely self-centered, and socially irresponsible if not outright socially unconscious economic policies and focus-group pandering on everything else.

There's no difference between one Republican and another, at least none worth fussing over.  Heck, nowadays even Democrats aren't allowed to question our masters.

He's not campaigning as a pragmatist.  Perhaps he'll try to veer towards pragmatism once the general election starts if he gets the nomination, but it'll be difficult for him to pull off.

On the domestic front with economic issues, I think we will see wealth redistribution policies that take form in the permanent solidification of the United States as a two-caste economic system with the middle class ceasing to exist by 2020.

On domestic social issues, I think we will see a more reserved policy than Obama but not to the extreme talking points that we've seen in the primary. I feel that Romney is rather ambivalent on many issues at heart and the social issues being debated will be guided solely by Congress.

On foreign affairs, I think he would be more involved in small-scale affairs - like Obama - but to a greater degree.

I wish he'd get all religious on us, then we could consider the term ROMORMONEYISM, as there are all sorts of fun wordplays in there.
