So the Old Dominion finally did something important again. It's still not quite as cool as having 4 of the first 5 presidents, but hey, we'll come back...

He's talking about the order in which the votes were counted before Congress. Virginia put Bush at 278 EVs.

Bush INCREASED his share of the vote in Virginia to 54%.

The State has become more Republican in every one of the last four elections.
