No.  But unfortunately, there have been instances of overly zealous campaign workers doing bad things which they blamed on the opposition, including property damage in the last campaign cycle.  So unfortunately the idea that someone on the Jake Burris campaign might think doing this would be helpful to their candidate is something that cannot be totally dismissed.

Whether true flag or false flag, I hope whoever did this gets caught.
