Okay, standing on one hand:
I, Lewis Trondheim, promise to faithfully execute the duties of the Lt.Guv. of the Pacific as long as I want to be Lt.Guv. and people there want to me to be their Lt.Guv.

Doesn't feel very lieutenant gubernatorial. It's not any good when it's not required.
