To answer the question, the ONLY reason I ever go to weddings is because I was asked and didn't have a good reason not to go.  I don't like pomp, in your face "love" or crowds.

Same here.  I'd love to have an excuse to not go to a wedding if ever invited to one.  I don't care about crowds and stuff -- I just f-cking hate all the tradition and bullsh-t.
