There's all sorts of ambiguities in that Jew clause.  Does the interest keep accruing while the person is a minor, but payments only restart when he reaches majority age, or does the interest remain static in that period?

They've also introduced a bill that allows parents to request an alternative to literally any school curriculum (which is now law).

A portion of the bill that would have ended compulsory school attendance was stripped, but the author of the bill intends to pass that again as stand alone legislation this year.

I can't remember the other crazy things the teabaggers in NH have proposed... but there was a whole bunch of them.

Rachel on MSNBC is talking about NH. Its in consequence to the 2010 elections, the house and senate in nh totally flipped heavily republican. They have done some crazy things. For example, they are trying to get obama of the ballot, they have passed a law allowing parents to opt out of every class if the parents dont want their child to take part in the lesson. However, the school must then provide alternative education to that pupil if the parent opts out . You cant make it up. The union leader right wing as it is said it's an awful bill. They are trying to strip out evolution out of schools and they've started working on getting unions out of the state. They are also trying to pass laws which require voters to have documentation that most people dont have just to vote.

we all agree that photo id is a reasonable thing..but the republicans never telll you thats it documentation that you might not have or cant obtain it in short notice like a drivers licence. not everyone drives.
