While your reply makes it obvious you didn't follow the link, I will agree with your first and last sentences, opebo.

Fake prescription drugs, especially fakes sold illicitly, are nothing new or particularly rare.  Usually, the worst problem is that one doesn't get the effect one wants, but sometimes the fakes will cause actual harm.

I don't know about the UK, but I knew quite a number of people in high school who took Valium/Xanax recreationally, but nobody who did heroin.

I will admit, it was one of the few drugs for which I ever had a prescription for that I enjoyed.  Smiley

I consume lots of Indian drugs.  Love them.  I love the piracy of the patents.  And they're all perfectly fine.
