The bigger concern would be to Pakistan. The modest security detail could probably defend against theft well enough, but blending in with traffic could allow a car bomb to pull up side. The chain reaction wouldn't be pleasant.

You can't detonate a nuclear device just by blowing up a bomb next to it - it requires a specific internal detonation and neutron stream. You'd get a radioactive mess, but not a nuclear explosion.

You wouldn't get a mushroom cloud explosion, but you'd still have basically a dirty bomb going off. Which would be the opposite of pleasant.

Also Pakistan is really pretty much the worst non-North Korean state at this point, isn't it? Between letting a wanted terrorist live next to their military academy and apparently not taking their stockpile of nuclear weapons very seriously at all, they're basically the Scumbag Steve of international relations.

Yeah, but at least no one's pretending that those aren't rogue states. I'm pretty sure Pakistan is still officially an "Ally in the War on Terror!!!"

Kabila's state is the interesting one.

And apparently Sassou Nguesso is still President in Brazzaville. My god.
