There is also probably room for an amendment to Article 8 to revise it to the reflect the removal of the dedicated slot.

The rest of this at present is merely a tool that the PPT can use to standardize the structure and clarity of amendments. Since we have had several instances of confusion arising because of the lack of such, I think something is necessary. I am willing to debate specifics here which.

In such a case I always dragged an absentee Senator onto the floor at gun point to vote, repeating such till we got a 6th aye or a tied vote.
