Can every Republican on here live with this ticket in the name of defeating Obama?

Romney is 46-40 over Obama in today's pole numbers from South Carolina.   DeMint would be an EXCELLENT VP that would catapult Romney to over 50% in the Palmetto State.    Romney/Demint would be an unstoppable force to be reckoned with.  Sorry, libs, South Carolina is out of play...AGAIN.

If South Carolina were in play the conservatives would be at the wrong end of a 380+ electoral vote victory

Yes, the GOP should place DeMint on the ticket to ensure that South Carolina is out of play for the Democrats.

Yes, if Obama can't win SC, he's done.

I know this is a reach, but Romney should consider Allen, sure he's a closet racist, but he's on an apology tour and if he had beaten WEbb by a few more votes, Allen would be in primaries right now.  He's also popular in Virginia.

Its up to DeMint really, if he can promise and deliver SC for Romney, then Mitt has no choice but to put him on the ticket in a handshake deal.

However, I like Portman, Jeb, and even Bachmann can deliver the female voters.

Lamar Alexander is too old and not liked by the conservative base.

I can't see DeMint wanting the irrelevancy of the Vice Presidency.  If Mitt wants a Palmetto attack dog on the ticket to go after Obama, he should pick Joe Wilson.

Um have any idea what her approval rating is among women? They make the same stupid mistake they made with Palin (oh... let's pick a woman, they'll vote for one of their own) on their heads be it.
