Santorum: I've won Pennsylvania twice (ignore the losing by 20 points last time thing).

Perry just seems like he has trouble stringing words together in a sentence.

They ought to simply turn off the microphone when they go over the limit.

Oh cool, an opportunity for everyone to bash foreign aid. This'll be exciting and shed new light on the issues.

He simply needed to say "That's a pure lie".

Not "That's a falsehood flat on its lie face"

Perry's answer was good: attack Romney, transition into an answer to the question.

Perry is going to dropout in the next week. I am not guaranteeing it, but I am leaning towards it. The crowd is very anti Perry.

Yes, because the crowd is 90% Mormons.

This is not a nationally representative crowd, much less representative of the South and Midwest where the race will be decided.

This race will be Romney vs. Cain. Perry's goose was cooked a long time ago.

Cain is very, very flustered on this question.

Cain knows he shot himself in the head 2 hours before the debate

Did you all see Perry get booed/shunned/etc by the audience as much as I did?  I always question my judgement when listening to him because he's been the governor in my state for a over a decade.  It looked like he just got metaphorically slapped back and forth.  The crowd appeared to be highly favorable to Romney.

Also, the other candidates need to give up on the Romney health care = Obama health care argument.  It is clearly not working

Are you acknowledging that Cain did terribly and is probably going to decline from here on out?

Mitt Romney is going to beat the second place candidate by 30-40 points in Nevada. The audience was very, very pro-Romney.

I don't think that this was a good debate for Perry, Cain, Bachmann, or Santorum.

Romney was better at the above-the-fray act, but he did well enough, Paul had a relatively good debate but didn't do anything to appeal beyond his base.

Gingrich seemed to do well, but he also, as usual, sounded like a surly arrogant gasbag, so it's tough for me to evaluate him.

No other candidate received as many negative reactions from the audience that Perry did.  Bachmann, Gingrich, Santorum, Paul and Cain didn't appear to receive the same amount of negativity that Perry did.  Although that might just be because he did attack Romney more than the other candidates did
