It's the story of a girl. While at the funeral of her own mother, she met this guy whom she did not know.

She thought this guy was really handsome and amazing, so much her dream guy she believed him to be, that she fell in love with him there and then.

A few days later the girl killed her own sister.

It's a trick!

There is no sister.  There isn't even a dream guy.
Rather, just like Once Upon a Time in America, it's all an opium induced dream she's having due to the guilt of betraying her close friends.  It is like she killed her own sister over a hot piece of ass.

This is a fun one, but I heard it before so I know the answer. And I have also heard that it is used to spot psychopaths, but not sure as to the veracity of that. It is always a fun party trick to give the story, wait till someone gets the answer and then tell the group that it is used to find psycho killers. Then bask in the glory of the awkward silence that ensues.
