The ‘New Testament’ book of Revelation of the Holy Bible, teaches that there are will only be seven world empires in History. I am not talking about civilizations here, because there have been countless civilizations throughout history. I am referring to world empires only. In chapter seventeen, verse ten,  it states: “There are also seven kings. Five have fallen, one is, and the other has not yet come. And when he comes, he must continue a short time.”  The five kings [empires] that have fallen are: Assyria, Egypt, Babylon, Medes and Persians, and Greece. The one that is [at the time of the writing of the book of Revelation] was the Old Roman Empire.

Ya that would be the seventh empire thus the world should have ended in the 1400s by your prophecy. But as we all know it didn't. So this whole Seventh Empire thing is complete idiocy. All this man has done is spout conspiracy theories and end of times prophecies. Why is it that we get so many crazies on the forum.

Oh, also Islam had a pretty nice empire going for a while. Then it fell into stagnation, splintered, and whatnot.

Actually, the prophecy was fulfilled.  Most of us are too stupid to realize it.

YOU'RE WRONG. THE ROMAN EMPIRE OF THE 1400'S WAS NOT GLOBAL. IT WAS ONLY A POLITICAL UNION, THAT'S AS FAR AS IT WENT.

I do not speak of idiocy. God's Word is not idiocy. There is a difference between a world empire and a civilization. There have been many many civilizations. The European Union is about to become Global within the next 2-3 years, they will be the Revived Roman Empire. They will not be a mere politico unity like they did, rather briefly, in the 1400's.

Wrong again.  The "Empire" was Charlamange's Empire, which was founded in 800 AD; it was "revived" under Otto in the late 900's.  It formally went out of existence in 1806, though it arguably was no longer sovreign at least as early as 1648.  If your understanding of the past is any indication of your ability to predict the future, the EU is doomed.

and you're wrong....

The Roman empire broke up into several distinct nations. These nations frequently fought against each other. There were several attempts by people such as Charlamange, Napoleon, Kaiser Wilhelm, Hitler, etc to reunite Europe into the great Roman empire. But they didn't take into account God's Word in Daniel 2:43 which says that the political divisions would never heal. And they haven't.

But there did emerge a rather unique power during this time. It wasn't a nation but it crowned kings. It had no military and yet it could determine when armies would march. It extended its reach all across the Roman empire. This power was the Papacy of the Roman Catholic Church....

None of the various states that emerged were "national" states, in the modern sense of the word.  There were no Anglos in England; there was but a tribe called the Franks in what is today France.

I will agree that God's word is not idiocy.  What, however, leads you to believe anything you're posting is God's word?  Pretty presumptuous.

And I did exise the Catholic bashing

God's Word is idiocy, we must follow the word of GARY KAH, SUPREME LORD AND MASTER and leader of the Illuminati.

REPENT AND ACCEPT GARY KAH AS YOUR LORD AND SAVIOR

He'll get you if you don't!!

I am not a prophet. I am making observations. The EU is now in talks with Turkey for that nation to join the EU. India is in the process of negotiations. This almalgomation of nations will give rise to Anti-Christ. Many in the EU want to abandon the current 6 month rotating Presidency for a Permanent President, and I believe that this person will become the Anti-Christ. He will bring the Mid-East together again, and they will sign his peace contract, but it will be a false peace. Russia will, according to the Bible, break the peace contract and go against Israel, followed by the King of the Orient, China. Then all nations [the United Nations] will go up against Jerusalem.

Revelation 9:17 confirms this. Who has Fiery Red in their breastplate [modern translation-flag]? Russia. Who has Sulfur Yellow in their flag [as an official color in their flag]? China. Who has Hyacinth Blue in theirs? THE UNITED NATIONS!
