FG has a few more in the 18-49 demo watching, but Simpsons gets a better "share" of those (must be fewer total watching at 8pmEST vs 9pm) and the Simpsons has more total viewers by almost half a million.Nobody is making you watch it dude.  Even at its worst it's not as embarrassing to humans and Americans as, say, The Real Housewives of FILLINTHEBLANK or anything on MTV that isn't a That 70s Show rerun.
