Interesting idea. Obama won almost all the districts out of 60 on the list.

GOP leads 50-41 in the Congressional vote in these districts

Romney leads 49-43.

Perry leads 49-45

Obama didn't win any of these Congressional districts as none of the districts in the United States from 2008, except for the At-Larges, still exist in 2012.
