Okay, maybe Mike Johnson is a competent parliamentarian.

Rick Perry does not execute anybody, so the answer is quite clear.

Does signing a death warrant count?

Murderers sign their own death warrants at the time of their crimes.

People can't repent when they're dead. Do you care more about saving people or about taking revenge on them?

I think he will get 0 electoral votes.  if we assume the necessary clause (nominated for pres or VP) to be true for purposes of the question I would probably take EVs.

Vengeance is a natural human emotion.

Vengeance is a natural human emotion.

That doesn't make it right, or something that should be fed and encouraged by public policy. Murderers' motives tend to be 'natural human emotions', too.

Since I'm one of the few on-site Democrats who think we're seriously underestimating Perry as potential future President, I'd say more EVs.

I think he will be the next President. Though I don't think it would be possible to underestimate him as a president.
