If Perry implodes, it's possible. She would then lose to Mittens.

How about:

*Bachmann focuses her ammo on Perry and runs a one-state campaign in Iowa (like McCain in New Hampshire), and wins the caucuses. However, Perry has a solid base in the South, and is barely dented.
*Romney wins NH easily.
*Perry wins SC comfortably, while Romney pulls off a closer than expected win in Nevada.

I think she may rebound and could win Iowa. If that does happen Perry will be finished.

I think so. Perry showed in the Tea debate that he's not crazy enough for a lot of them. But at the Reagan debate also put himself in the position of being perhaps too stupid for establishment voters.

The former could help Bachmann and the latter would boost Romney, or another option like Santoman or Huntsrum, and put her back in striking distance.

I don't think Perry is going to walk away with this thing. His national polls remind me of the Giuliani lead. The likelyness that he won't win until SC might weaken some support, too.

No, she is done, though there is an outside chance that she wins Iowa.  The vaccine remarks were the final nail in the coffin.

And not a moment too soon. Vaccine conspiracy theories are far more dangerous and socially harmful than Trutherism or Birtherism could ever be.

If, somehow, Perry self-destructs, then she could be a major candidate, though she can't beat Romney.  If Perry escapes the next few months more or less unscathed, she's a footnote.

Yes she could.  This race is highly volatile (who a few months a ago could have predicted Perry's rise?)

I wouldn't count her out.  Yeah she is kinda crazy, but my understanding is that a significant amount of the GOP base likes that.

She can still do well in Iowa with GOTV and if she stays on message of the HPV mandatory vaccines, which Christian conservatives hate, and the crooked cronyism, which everyone hates
