Rudy Giuliani was up by around ten points at this time four years ago and he didn't even win a primary.

I'm not trying to suggest Perry will have a similar fate, but I think it's unwise to call this race over months before the first state has even voted.

Obviously primary support is fluid, but we're down to only 7 points undecided and Perry has a 15 point lead.

National polls are irrelevant to the outcome of the primaries. They tell you something, but very little as a predictive agent.
