Perry will win Iowa as long as he doesn't implode. At this point, I see him taking the George W. Bush route and win Iowa, lose NH and MI to Romney, and win SC before becoming the media appointed frontrunner.

again, there is no path for Romney to the GOP nomination...unless the rest of the field implodes at the same time (ala Gary Hart).

He really only needs Perry (and maybe Bachmann) to implode. How would any of the others compete with him in any way, shape or form?

Romney fairly stron err weak in that metric. Wink I would have expected such fervent opposition to him, to be in the teens atleast.
