Just saying.

In the 9 months before the CSR, we'd had 2% growth. In the 9 months since, we've decimated that.

The headline figure isn't pretty, but it's the details (especially wrt manufacturing) that are genuinely troubling. Of course there are some special circumstances, but it's still not good. The previous government was far too late when it came to implementing something that even vaguely resembled a proper industrial policy, but did eventually get there. The current government needs to go back to that. Don't care if they dress it up very differently and then try to make political capital out of it, just do it.
