The Supreme Court recently issued an opinion in Bond v. United States (2011) which may have interesting applications to a pending case.

Given your interests, I suspect I know which case(s) you are referring to. Since there are States which have already asserted a violation of State sovereignty in reference to the health care law passed last year, then other than possibly determining which cases get consolidated into the one the Supreme Court will hear and thereby affect which lawyers rack up legal fees, this case will have no application on those cases, and I personally would not consider interesting which lawyers rack legal fees.

That isn't to say that this case won't affect other cases, for it certainly will, and in a manner I think will be generally positive.
