Seven national surveys of 1,000 Likely Voters were conducted May 1-14, 2011 by Rasmussen Reports. The margin of sampling error for each survey is +/- 3% with a 95% level of confidence. Field work for all Rasmussen Reports surveys is conducted by Pulse Opinion Research, LLC. See methodology.

Yeah. I mean, he definitively stated that he isn't running if Ron Paul is running, and Ron Paul is running.
