So Johnson, Karger, and Moore might actually be allowed in the Fox debate then?  Karger had been complaining that Fox required him to get at least 1% in national polls in order to qualify, but none of the pollsters were including him as an option, so that was impossible.  He said that he'd pay the SC filing fee if necessary, if that would mean he could participate in the debate.  So maybe they'll let him in now.  Of course, the debate might be cancelled or postponed anyway, due to the 1st tier candidates skipping it.

And it's odd that they didn't include Roemer as an option, even though he's been listed as one of the likely debate participants.
